I got banned selling, can family still sell?

quick question, i got banned from selling a few years ago due to not being able to access the account. I now have family looking to sell on FBA, will they get banned also?

they mentioned this to me earlier today, I'm not selling anymore, i got a full time job.

if you live at the same address and if the IP is the same, it can be a problem yes .. The best way it to run a stealth account

I doubt the IP address will be a problem if your account stopped operating a few years back.
The physical address though could be an issue especially if the last name is the same.
