Can I pay one amz balance with balance from another country?
 

Let's say I have a negative balance on the France webpage. Can I pay with the positive balance on the Spain webpage or do I have to pay from the card anyway?

Sorry, what info are you referring to? The account is the same and only, it's just the country pages that are different. I don't know where you are since you don't have a flag but EU accounts are all accessed through one login. It's not like US and Australia.

If you're referring to bank account info, yes it is the same. The card is also the same but I don't think it is even possible to have one card for each country. I cannot think of any other relevant info that is allowed to be different.

So, on the same token, if I don't pay one negative balance, amz would close the account and take all the money in there rather than pay one balance with another balance?

They would keep trying to take the money. If after a while they don't receive the funds, they will downgrade your account.
