Amazon have asked me to do this:
- copy of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 180 days
This has happened before with other listings and normally I just send in the invoices (from the original manufacturer) and the listing gets reinstated pretty quick. However this time I have a problem:
I bought direct from the original manufacturer in the past but recently I have been buying from a reseller (its similar price and less MOQ). This resellers goods are authentic but they are not authorised to export and sell overseas. Therefore if I submit the resellers invoices then I don't think amazon will reinstate my listing as it does not show proof it was from the original manufacturer.
I have old invoices from the original manufacturer (brand owner) who I still purchase from but it is for another model device from the same brand. My question is, do Amazon really check the invoices with the manufacturer to verify their authenticity? Or can I just modify an old invoice and send that to Amazon instead and it will be accepted. |
