eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Amazon seller suspended

Hey, my Amazon sellers account got suspended a couple months ago and it has around $500 on it. The reason I got suspended was because I sold copied software. Here is the email I got . Screenshot by Lightshot

Is there any way to get unbanned from this? I've already tried appealing and it didn't work. I took a look at AmazonGhost but I'm not sure if that helps me get unbanned on my current account or just helps me create new stealth accounts.

You'll need to wait 90 days before you can withdraw your money if your appeal was denied.

Copyright violations and counterfeits are what Amazon considers a "severe" policy violation. Stealth is the way to go, because you will never get that banned account restored, unfortunately.

Couldn't the stealth account be suspended just as easily? Who's to say it won't happen again? My question is how do you NOT have this happen again?

Dont sell the same items again. and yes stealth is as vulnerable if not more. All the more reasons to play by the rules. :)

I've got suspended because I took too long to ship items. Any advice on how to get my Amazon account reinstated? Perhaps I should call?

You can try writing an appeal later, google around and you'll see example templates etc, but would recommend getting some stealth accounts ready in the event they deny your request

This is actually an easy suspension to your account reinstated if it's first offence. You need to send them a plan detailing how you're going to improve your service, maybe change your dispatch time to give yourself more time to send orders, and I'd also advise sending some items to FBA.
