Hijacking Listings - How to stop it?

So I've listed many products on Amazon, and a competitor just hijacks the listing and changes my images and text around. He'll put his own stuff and list it once I've built some sales rank.

yes, I know I can complain to Amazon, but he has multiple accounts, some of them are brand new with 0 feedback.

How is he doing this?

How do I stop it?

If you have trademark then report for infringements if not then buy test purchase and remote him to amazon this is only way I think
