Amazon can sell Black Cohosh, Why I can not? My add removed and write letter that in my Black Cohosh is paracetamol, aspirin........I have all the composition certificates.My seller acc was suspended.

suspended? no way, not just for this...not possible.
Is it your own brand, a well-known brand or a lesser known brand.
aspirin? huh - cohosh is for menopause mainly...
I will have to look it up, but for some products, you need a special regulation ref number that allows it, due to new UK ingredient rules, eg. St Johns wort needs it.....

Black cohosh has no aspirin. I've got the composition certificates. They suspended my merchant account. Maybe Amazon is afraid of the competition?

well you will have to talk to them to reinstate.
Usually they just block the listing...
I simply do not believe they suspended just for this, with no warning...

My account is in the UK.
account is 3 years old.

My account suspended because I sell prohibited goods where is aspirin, paracetamol... Black Cohosh, Hair loss solution. But Amazon sell the same goods Black Cohosh, Rogaine where is minoxidil 5%. Why I can not? How to submit an action plan? Send document confirming the composition? Where is Amazon rules that Black Cohos, Hair loss solution with minoxidil 5% is prohibited in the Amazon?

Amazon removes my ads. After weeks blocked. Sent a letter that as a breach of their policy. Selling of prohibited items which contains aspirin, paracetamol ...

so you have been warned then. The one thing I would never do is keep selling the same thing I was warned about on either eb or az. - that is how alot of us got original accs banned.

The UK market is tricky re 'meds' even herbal ones.....there are new Laws too, this aspirin thing is odd though, I do not understand what they mean - have you asked for them to explain it?

Maybe sell on ebay instead until you have a stealth az set up.

Ebay stopped me selling pet flea meds but az was fine with same product, maybe because I got ungated a while back but eb requires a licence of some sort.

I sold a herbal type of regaine for a long time, chinese crap on ebay, probably contains chemicals and bubonic plague, but I am allowed to sell it though....minefield and does not necessarily protect consumers and can be nit-picky...

golden rule though is - if they warn you, remove and do not sell again.

Was shipping worldwide, this was a reason...
