suddenly could not sign in to my Amazon UK seller account
 

Hello everybody. This is my first post in this forum. Hoping to get help. My new amazon account is about 14 days old. it was working perfectly alright. Even this morning I have opened it and put an item for sale. But suddenly from this afternoon I couldn't sign in. it says invalid id or pass. I have changed the pass 3 times already. but still no luck. what could be the reason?

Your account is GONE. Is this a stealth account or real?

stealth account. but they didn't tell me anything that I am suspended or anything else

They don't. That account GONE for good.
Time to learn how Amazon work.

List all your steps you created. The more details the better. Also, what country you try to sale?

well I was trying to sell in UK. even I have dispatched 2 of my items. all are mobile accessories. I had 6 orders pending. Used a different named credit card.

Sounds like the account was deleted. Even if you called in, Amazon wouldn't be able to assist you as they wont be able to identify you.

but I can change the password everytime I want. contacted with there help centre and rwplied that my account got suspended and asked me contact with their seller support team to know wht to do.

You could contact them, but its pretty much gone from the sound of things.

Was the credit card still active - meaning you had a balance that could handle a "test charge" by Amazon?

Your problem does indeed sound like the account is deleted - this is NOT rare....many stories about this deletion are present in this forum.

Have you used Amazon before? Link possible to old accounts?
