suspended for Inauthentic Item complaints
 

hi all, so my amazon acc on my real name is now suspended for Inauthentic Item complaints, i bought all my items in offline retailer sportsdirect and i didnt saved any recievs.. My bad.. I try to write my action plan but they still are asking for invoices or recievs. I lost fate in getting back my account. so my question is what about my money in this account? will i get it back? i read this forum and found that they still should pay me after 90 days... is it true? thanks guys :violin:

If there are recipts, supply them.

Fight for the account.

If not, then take this as a learning curve to be careful about what you sell.

but if i dont have a recipts? they keep me sending the same emails to provide them.. I already understand that i wont get back into selling on this acc any more.. but in that account is about 1000 EURO, i hope its possible to get them back? or they can steal my money?
