Seller Verification Asking Who Profits from Account
 

Has anyone else had this happen? I have been running this account for just shy of a year and all of a sudden they somehow linked this account to my previously closed one.

A little background, the account is in the name of my father so they can see that his last name and my last name are the same.

Can anyone recommend the best way to respond to Amazon. I have previously tried being honest with them about multiple accounts and stating it was for accounting purposes but they rejected that.

seems you changed the ownership of account is this right?

Nope. Never changed registration, provided the name, or any similar addresses. 24vc and vmware was always used. Not sure how they put it together and I'm not sure what to tell them to convince them otherwise.

Did anything change since you made the account? (which could of caused this to trigger)

You used the ghost account for a year and they just find out now? how?

Nothing at all has changed. Same credit card and same address as when it was first created. About a week ago I randomly was asked to provide another utility bill and tax return for 2016 and they have been asking questions ever since.

then something not matched with previous copy of documents recheck what u sent to them before

reply to that email what they ask for simple and see

I have checked. Everything matches up. What do you mean reply to that email what they ask for simply and see? They are asking how the account is associated with an owner of a previously suspended account so they have suspicion.

Are both account using the same address? city at least?
Are both account selling the same item? same category?

Where does it says in the email it's linked with other account?
I can't see this
All you have to do reply that email with the information they asked for simple

Makesure send the information already on your account
They will reply you back next day if they need somthing Else
