Used laptop question

Are there any issues in buying and using a used laptop for selling on Amaz n ? Chances are the laptop was never used by someone selling on Amaz n, but if it was would it be a issue?

Does this work on a desktop too? do I need to change the router and modem?

Same goes for desktop computers.

In terms of modem, you dont need to get a new one as mac address cannot be seen by Amazon, however you need to be able to get new IPs with that modem.
