Amazon require ASIN invoice !
Dear All !
What is ASIN invoice and where can i find i because i was sent them all my Supplier Invoice but they are not accept it.
I am just a Drop-Shipper from my supplier so how can i get ASIN Invoice from them.
This is the email i recieved from them today :
"Hello,
Thank you for responding to our request for information.
Please note , we do not accept Commercial invoice/proforma invoice/order confirmation/purchasing list/contract document/delivery report as proof of authentication. Please provide invoices for the below listed ASIN(s)
ASIN: Bxxxxxxx,Bxxxxxxxx,Bxxxxx
What you can do
Email seller-performance-policy@amazon.com and include the following:
Copies of receipts or invoices which clearly identify the specific items under review;demonstrate purchase and listing quantities; invoices should be authentic and unaltered; the receipts or invoices should display required information, including supplier and buyer information, invoice date, and items descriptions and quantities; the invoices were issued in the last 180 days.
You may also include any additional details you would like us to know.
You can remove pricing information, but please make sure the rest of document is visible. You can send us a pdf, jpg, png, or gif file.
Please be assured that your distributor’s or supplier’s contact information will remain confidential - Amazon puts great effort in maintaining the confidentiality of our customer's information."
