Default Anyone have connection issues with 24vc?

Out of my 12 connections, 11 aren't connecting for the past 5 hours.

Anyone else having similar issues?

Ticket has been opened and they are trying to find the problem and resolve it, just want to see if it's just mine or is anyone else affected?

Yes me and i am freaking out...uk ip is not connecting at all...and i tried both softether and their software...never had problems until today
I opened a ticket, i also contacted 123 from here...i hope they resolve this SOON

Same here mate, 11 accounts and unable to reply to customer emails within 24 hours. Panicking is a understatement.

Been 5 hours since I reported it, they said 6-8 hours so fingers crossed it works again soon.

They reply to your email?

I think so as one of mine is working which must be a different server. 11 of them must be in the UK.

Fingers crossed it is fixed asap.

If you use gmail you can reply to your messages via email and not ruin your metrics.

are you sure? this won't link the accounts as IP is shown on emails, no?

Only the gmail servers IP is shown in the email no your own IP so its fine to reply to eBay messages so long as its from the correct gmail account (by this I mean not an email account that emails are being forwarded to)

Occasionally these issues do arise with 24vc, they will get resolved as speedily as possible, you are not the first people with issues and you won't be the last.

Just an FYI to those contacting 24vc - They are based in the US, so consider the time zone differences when expecting a response from them

Hey everyone, our sincerest apologies for the downtime. One of our UK network upstream providers was having issues with a couple of our dedicated servers not receiving the signal properly and it takes longer than usual to fix due to the sheer number of ips we have. But I am happy to report now that this issue should now be fully resolved and you should be able to connect to all your VPNs now.

Note - If any of your fresh ips are still not connecting properly please let the tech team know by opening a ticket and they will get it working for you. Sometimes due to the large number of ips, some ips are slower to pick up the signal than others, but we can look into it for you & try to speed the process up

If that really true its useful to know however recently i remember very well reading in the amazon forums from several members that while it is possible to reply in gmail, the amazon metrics will still be affected...i guess the only way to know is to try it and see if it works as well as replying through amazons system

I use gmail most of the time when I need to answer a customer. After answering cusotmers message via gmail you will see that in seller central the message is not marked as "response needed". In terms of metrics its not being affected
