Help me write an email !
 

Hi !

I have so many question on this forum, i know that not good.But i hope somebody to help me because i just a new guys here.

I hope somebody have experience on this case write for me an email that help my seller account restore.

My Amazon account was suspended, the reason is my inventory was out of stock because i can not control the quatity and this is the email i recieved from Amazon :

"Hello,

We received your information, but your plan is not complete. Our review of your account found that you confirmed shipment of an order before actually sending it.

To sell on Amazon.com, please send us a plan that explains how you will prevent confirming shipment before sending orders in the future. Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.
