Please analyze why my amazon account was suspended
 

Hello folks,

Amazon just removed my selling privileges because of intellectual property violation.
My account just run around one month. I am selling something with car logo.
But tons of sellers on Amazon are exactly selling what I am selling. some of them are from China.
Why amazon could catch me since I just sell several items?
Why amazon let other sellers sell same items? Or other sellers could provide what amazon want, invoices, receipts?
I did not get any review so far.
Please give me some advice since I am new on Amazon.

I have many many problem with them like you right now.They just "hate you" ans easy to suspended you.

Contact Amazon and find out what you need to provide in order to sell the product

I contact Amazon and they need invoice and supplier information.
I gave them what they need but still suspend me.Have no idea why so strict to me.
It seems my account is so young no any feedback

Are you selling something with the BMW logo? BMW is MERCILESS when it comes to anyone selling anything with their logo that is not authorized.

You account was banned either because the trademark owner complained or they received complaints that you were selling counterfeits. Whatever it was, SOMETHING caught their attention and you got banned. Complaining that others are selling the same thing will get you nowhere.

I understand that you are taking it personally, I have been there and done that. The other sellers are happily making money but Amazon has decided "no money for you!" and you feel like you are being discriminated against. It sucks. Like I said, I have been there and done that - on both Amazon AND eBay.

The answer is stealth. You can only mourn the death of your account for so long. At some point, you have to get back in the game if you want to be successful.

Do not sell brands or use multiple accounts. No any other stable ways of doing it.

Sadly, Amazon can be both a bit unpredictable and harsh with their terminations - listen to yankee and muzzie - stealth and multiple accounts are key ideas.

Amazon got a IP Notice from the trademark holder and suspended your selling privileges, otherwise they can be sued. Same policy holds for ebay (which will remove your listing and give you a warning)
Did you get a notice or warning in the past from amazon, about Intellectual Property violations?

Thank you all replies. my folks.
I will try stealth Amazon and sell something without any logo,
I will add some old inventory(high risky items) when I build some feedback.
As a newbie, I have to do a lot of error and trials.
