Hi,

a good 1 month ago i sold Private Label (my brand) on my now deleted account with elastic VPS.

They still got 170 pcs of my product.

I complained and requested my inventory back.

No reply, then i contacted the Attorny General, got this arrogant reply:

I am afraid a lot of people have hit the same brick wall.

You can keep trying to get the items back, but it is unlikely you will be able to I am afraid.

what do they do with it, selling it under "warehouse deals"?

i had this happen in the UK, but at least after 90 days i got my money and inventory back

Sometimes you will get the money and inventory back. Sometimes you wont. It really depends why they have limited or deleted an account.

Amazon do not change their minds on this though. It really sucks, but you could spends days and weeks trying to get items back and chances are it would be a waste of time

since 2009 :)

and i know how they act, steal cash left and forth, but is it right and legal? no i dont think so.

Amazon's policy, when they find items they believe to be counterfeit, is to close the account and destroy the inventory, or turn it over to ICE. They must have believed your items were counterfeit.

I don't agree with this, because I do not believe that Amazon has the expertise to know what is real and what is ⊗⊗⊗⊗. But the law DOES support them. I do not believe they keep the money, I believe it is turned over to a government agency.

wow so messed up, my logo was on it and all that.

Had the same case in the UK, but there they had to give it back and also 100% of my money
