My First Amazon Suspensed Account...
Hello, my name is WookiePack... this is my first meeting (F I mean post... I feel like I'm at an AA meeting)
Had my Amazon account suspended yesterday. AWESOME. Two listings shut down months ago due to claims of inauthentic product (cough, competitor.... cough) and randomly (or not, I'm sure ill never really know) had my account reviewed and suspended yesterday. All FBA product (Toys).
Already purchased the bible (Ghost) and will be following the good word within its covers... however, my question is, who can help me write the appeal within 17.. wait.. 15 days to submit for Amazon to review along with copies of my invoices (that I have no doubt will be rejected reading all that I have in forums n such). But maybe, just maybe if I can get an experienced appealer from this wonderful forum to assist me with what to say and what not to say, create the all too important "Plan of Actions taken to resolve the issue and prevent similar complaints", we could construct an appeal that could be a winning story to share with all! Just interested in WIN here and re securing my OE personal account.
Unfortunately my "plan of action" would include securing the address of the complaining party and have a visit with them, asking them nicely what they found "inauthentic" about our product and happily providing a full refund to a legit customer, but finding out they are a competitor, it would include tearing there limbs out of their sockets. :heh: |
