Suspended Didn't pass review can't login holding my money over 90 days

Been Over 90 days

Didn't pass the review so they wont open the account

and can't login into the account

Amazon payments say the account is still under review and its been a 100 days now??? just keep saying thank you for patience in the matter they have 2k of my money
