Amazon doing a few good things for sellers
 

Kudos to Amazon for doing a few things recently that favor the seller.

When you purchase postage through Amazon and it says delivered, and the buyer says they never received it, Amazon will issue the refund and not take any money from the seller. Alos, any A to Z claim or negative feedback because of non receipt will be removed. I have already had quite a few of these and told them to contact Amazon. Also, I no longer need to do a signature required for higher ticket items

The second thing that they did recently was to not count First Class with no tracking against the seller's metrics. I had my account suspended 3 times and had to appeal because a bot picked up that I had a low valid tracking rate/

One other thing is that if Amazon rules in your favor for an A to Z claim, it no longer counts against your metrics as a filed claim

That's great to hear anytime ebay/amazon starts favoring the sellers!
