Obviously i have no interest in lying to the government, but If i give the proper information won't amazon be able to relate my account to the previously banned one?

If you used your SSN # on the suspended account get a EIN to use.

go to irs.gov and request one. You can get one EIN per day per entity type....

Can I do that with SSN get a new ein every new day?

SS is required. Impossible not to use your SS.
