Safety Issue complaints - Seller Support
 
I have emailed seller support and provided plan of action on two separate occasions. However, they keep emailing me the following:


We still more information about your plan to address Safety Issue complaints.

Please reply to this email with a plan that explains

-- The issues that caused the complaints.
-- The actions you taken to resolve the issues and prevent similar complaints.

Have you tried to call them? Can they help if you ask for supervisor?

Amazon is kind of notorious for giving people the runaround in calling in for account review revisions/reinstatements from what I have seen.

Account was never banned, only the item.. had it reinstated

I've also had this happen, and can't even get them to respond to me. Do you mind posting how you answered this letter, and were able to get your listing reinstated?

You gotta think what was the item, what was the complaint?

They probably don't tell you what the complaint was, and you have to figure it out.

Answer exactly what they said.

What caused the issue?
How did you solve it so that it never happens again? Bull**** if you must.
