It works great. The only issue arises when you need to pull returned or unsold merchandise from FBA. You need a working return address that cannot be linked to another account...

Always proper to have a working return address - if you care about merchandise

True that, however, selling on FBA usually requires all returns to be sent to Amazon, so in essence you have a return address for all of your merchandise. If you don't "need" the returned merchandise immediately, you have the option of leaving it sit at Amazon until your account goes down (which inevitably does eventually, at least for me, every 1 to 1 and 1/2 years) at which point you simply recall all returned merchandise to your real address since the account is gone anyhow. ;)

You MUST remove unfulfillable returns within 30 days if you want it back. Otherwise Amazon disposes of it. Amazon does not allow you to use their warehouse as a storage facility for unsaleable goods.

Also if you're selling phakes Amazon can and will seize your inventory when they close your account.

If you're running an honest business w/ good products (which would result in a return rate around 2 - 3%), you should be able to absorb the cost of losing those products anyway.

FBA is actually great if you have a bogus address, because Amazon doesn't really check up on where UPS picks up the packages from, and UPS doesn't care what your return address is when they pick up the boxes. Just pick a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address close to where you're really shipping it from so UPS doesn't start making shipping charge corrections which Amazon WILL see.

Also bear in mind you're on the hook for a 50 cent / item removal fee if you get suspended. It may not seem like much but if you have thousands of units of inventory it adds up fast. But again, if you're doing any kind of legit business and you're FBA suspension shouldn't be a big issue. Almost every Amazon suspension has to do with some merchant not shipping on time.

That will work for a few boxes of goods.

We have container load of returns any suggestions?

You can either spread them out at different addresses or rent a big lockup or location for a week or so to get all the returns
