You Are Currently Not Eligible to Offer a Premium Shipping Option

Amazon has been sending the "on" and off again emails of premium shipping..

I'm just curious how this script works? And why it's been so bitchy lately.. :)

Why does amazon even think we care about this option? What the hell does it do.. is it possible to earn like a $1 on some shipping or something?

Is the premium shipping bs.. all about just getting sellers to ship the second it's ordered or something?
