Need a VCC to purchase on Amazon

Hey, I'm looking for a VCC that accepts AVS from amazon so I can purcahse and don't get my account on hold.. I was using Entropay but I'm getting issues right now with it.. anyone knows any other one? I heard of neteller but didn't try.

Yep, same billing address on neteller and amazon, still on hold and when I verify also the same...
