Account suspended - product image violation
My account just got blocked due to an image violation. As I wrote here recently, once I received the initial benign image violation notice a few weeks ago I was very thorough and probably called 30 representatives, making sure that my image was compliant with Amazon’s policy, and those representatives all agreed that the images did not violate Amazon image guidelines.
One possibility is that I’m being targeted by a competitor, as brought up by
e2free.
We sent a detailed appeal letter to seller performance, and we temporarily closed listings for all similar products that we offer.
Given that we believe the original flagged image was not in violation of Amazon policy, is it worthwhile to email Jeff in an attempt to get more information about why we are being blocked?
