Need help!

We ran a promotion in which we gave out a few product for customer reviews. We have about 20 customers (review group) who are now holding our account hostage. They said if we don't pay them, they will leave a-z claims, and negative feedback thus destroying our accounts.

We shipped these products out our self, no fba. Since then, we refunded all orders. Is our account still at risk ?

you are in a bad situation, I think if you don't pay, they will burn your account, but if you pay, it's possible they ask for more money,as they see that their method works ...
I never trusted this kind of good reviews/feedback "service" and I am surprised to never heard of some story similar as yours ... Next time , you should do it yourself for feedback and reviews it's not too difficult

No knockoff product. We sent out promotional items in exchange for reviews, the review group is rogue and is submitting several a-z claims if don't pay the amount requested.

- You sent out products for review? That mean it was FREE?
- How do you refund???????????

They are blackmailing, we found the review group through a third party website. They are calling in because we all know how incompetent amazon staff are, and requesting to open up an a-z claim. At the time, no tracking was provided, and a-z claims are affecting odr.

They are requesting money, and opening a-z claim/sending malicious emails. Hoping it triggers a suspension.

maybe because the OP bought Amazon gift cards and gave them to his "good review provider service" for they can buy his products

why not share the name of the site that ripped you off? its not like anyone would use them if this is what happened?
