Box dimensions to FBA(USA). Safty warning.

I never knew that FBA had a policy for inbound FBA box dimensions that could not exceed 25in on any side.

I have tons of boxes left over that are 36in long and have been shipping them all summer besides my last shipment where Amazon informed me of the dimension rule.

Its a pain to have to cut the boxes down and not cost effective, so I was just looking for suggestions.

Writing team-lift on the box with a small :) thank you note inside? Im not sure if its computer generated or human generated.

Team lift is for a SINGLE OVERSIZE unit that weighs over 50 lbs, Mech lift is for a SINGLE OVERSIZE unit that weighs over 100 lbs.
25" rule does not apply if the box has a SINGLE OVERSIZE unit

Any box that contains multiple units may not exceed 25" on the longest side or exceed 50 lbs, PERIOD.

My suggestion, buy new boxes.
