Will mobile hotspot work?

I am thinking about going stealth in the future. I already have a brand new laptop available to me which has never been connected to the internet and I am thinking about getting a mobile hotspot or jetpack device with a data plan. Will this protect me from setting off any IP, cookie or other digital red flags in the future assuming I never log into an suspended account with either my jetpack or my new laptop?

Make sure to track the IPs with whatever hotspot you go with in case you decide on using multiple accounts in the future.
