Tech support business Help needed

Hello,

we have tech support business and customer takes service from us and happily gives us the check . But after few days they do either stop payment or charge back. They don't pick up phone. Please help us what is the alternate way of charging which is as good as cash. we tried looking for bitcoin but that is not possible for each customer to open the account.
