Hello amazon and thanks to be back to us for the 6th time,
I don’t know if you are reading emails or if you’re sending the same information over and over but :
- On 10th august you sent us an email that explain that we are violating some copyright.
- On 10th we removed (3 min after this email) we removed the product that caused the damage and explain the plain of action : case
Complaint type: Rights Owner Notice of Inauthentic
• The issues that caused the complaints.
It an automatic upload of a CSV / TXT file on amazon when we imported the product into our store. Disney / Iconixbrand has been totally deleted and will not be sold on amazon on our hands. We are not proposing the ASIn in our storefront.
• The actions you took to resolve the issues and prevent similar complaints.
Just after received the email from amazon we deleted the products and we opened a case to our copyright / right owner team to follow the case - In that case the number of the case is #8df8d9 flagged with high priority.
You can also send us an email directly to : xxxxxx for all concerns regarding copyrights ! We are selling only our products - If we receive a complain we will open a ticket, contact the right owner and deal with them. But for now all is clean on amazon listing.
• We have also reviewed all amazon listing + check that the photo on our catalog page is in compliance with Amazon policy + we have also re-read the conditions to sell on amazon.
- We also sent you an email with our plan of action / Amazon case : xxxxx
- We have now inspected ALL the listing an amazon and reviewed all the conditions guidelines to be sure that we are in the good way to make sure all items sold comply.
- You asked to the same thing on August 11th / August 13rd and August 16th so please give us appropriate answer if you want more…
