I got a question about the Charge Method on Amazon Seller account.
Example:
Account A got a credit card added what was under my real name "Max Peter" with the credit card 123 and the billing address my home address
This account is suspended or blocked.
Now I got opened an Account B. Everything is fine just with the credit card.
Could I use my same real name "Max Peter" but with a different credit card number and different billing address on it without get linked?
Thank you hope that some Amazon experts here can help me with my question.

Currently and for the foreseeable future, AVS cannot verify card holder's name so you can put any name you want. EXCEPT american express cards, which can verify card holder's name.
Another interesting thing to note (I'm not 100% sure on this, never tried it) is apparently AVS cannot verify the house number, only the street name.

But is like i could enter any name and just the billing address has to match and then it will work? Like no issue with Amazon and my Bank?
Or like i can enter my name and my other address but it will not be linked to another account, because Amazon is just verify and tracking the billing address, new credit card number and not the card holder name?
