How competitor is constantly on TOP ????

Hello,

I am using the reprising software to beat the competitors. However first time in 2 years I have noticed that one of the SKU I am not able to beat the buyer even if my minimum price is way lower.

As soon as my software changes the price , competitor also gets changed and again stays on top. This is extremely annoying as season is going on and I am not getting single order for that SKU.

Please advice.

I don't use any and can't suggest one. But if you have the best software/service, how do they beat you? They must have the better one IMO
