Can someone tell me when will I get my disbursement?

I checked my disbursement schedule for my brand newly opened Pro Merchant account and it said:

"Money from your orders is reserved in your account until 7 days after the expected delivery date. This ensures the buyer has a chance to verify that everything went well with the order."

So what I want know is, lets say an order was placed on August 12, 2016

and the delivery by time frame is between:
Fri, Aug 19, 2016 to Tue, Sep 6, 2016

on what day will the 7 day waiting reserve period be completed?

Do they mean 7 days after Aug 19 or 7 days after Sep 6?

Ultimately, you can probably make more on Amazon than Ebay, but the initial start on Amazon hurts you financially if you don't have a $$$ blanket to take care of shipping products and fees in the beginning. That money disbursement delay is what stops many amazon sellers in their tracks.
