INVOICE ISSUES with Amazon

I recently got an issues with Amazon in terms of invoices. I am using a stealth. Amazon lost my item on FBA. Now they ask me for an invoice but generic one wont work. Here is their message :
Hello ,
This is Patrick; with the Missing from Inbound Department.
Our credit department is requesting for an invoice to continue with the investigation.
The invoice must be the original invoice, show the purchase of the products from a supplier or manufacturer, and include:
- The quantity shipped
- The date of that purchase
- The titles of the missing Units
- The quantity purchased
- Full name and address of invoice issuer
- Full name and address of purchaser
A commercial invoice isn't valid since it's a document used in foreign trade. It is used as a customs declaration provided by the person or corporation that is exporting an item across international borders.
Proforma invoices aren't valid since they outline a potential future exchange, but do not document an actual purchase of goods. Since the transaction described in a proforma invoice is subject to change or may not even occur, we cannot accept proforma invoices as proof of ownership for inventory that is under investigation. Please request a copy of the transactional invoice from your distributor showing the actual purchase of these units.
Once we receive this information we will be able to continue researching this matter. We will keep this case open for 48 hours awaiting your response.
I am suppose to get reimburse but they won't reiumburse me if I dont have any specific invoice that they want. I am clueless. Should I create my own or what no idea? Any help will be great! I know that Amazon has liability up to 5,000$ worth of goods if they lose a particular item on their behalf!
