Amazon Account reinstated?
 

More than a year ago, my Az account was suspended as it was linked to another older account also suspended.
A few days back, Amazon e mailed me suggesting l apply for reinstatement.

Ok.. fine. l will be in that.. but.. They want a Strategy plan etc..

They also closed the account because 1x only claim from a seller that goods were non genuine.

Can someone give me some ideas on how to do this?
Does anyone know of an appeal service that can do this?
