Reason for suspended new Amz steath account
 

Hello,
My steath account was suspended last month (for violating policy reason). I have opened another steath account ( new VMware, new VCC, new vpn ip address - I used mobile VPN). However today I received an email that my account was suspended after opened for 8 days:

"You have opened a new account after we removed your option to sell on our site. This is against our policies. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, and your listings have been removed from our site."

Could anyone advise me the reason I was footprint for my new account: because I used the same windows package and Firefox to install on Vmware or because of I used VCC for registering new account ?

I'm glad if anybody could help me for this. Thank you very much in advance!

Maybe the linked with name adress date of birrh etc or same items you listed on account
It can be anything

Thank you, could the reason is I used Amex VCC with Non-us address for both account ?

He mentioned clearly that he has used a new VCC.

alright yes I can see, i thought he used same VCC on both account

it must be something which linked the account,

Yeah, i would also like to know that. I think the prob lies in the listing of same items

I've done both account with new VMware ( same OS package, Firefox browser), new VCC, all new information, I used dongle with new IP address. I changed everything in my listing template, I sells custom products and they're not the same with old products, may listing in the same category make my accounts linked ? I have scenarios about fingerprints or MAC address of my dongle? Could you guys please advise me about your opinion ?

So it's something u listed. Similarity in item description, same image or some other detail like product code etc.

You said you sell custom products. How many sellers are there of the same products ? are you the only seller ?

Yes I saw many other sellers sell with the same mockup like me.

I changed them all, description, images link, etc...
