Block Buyer in Amazon
 

Dear,

Is there anyway to Block amazon buyer? In last 2 weeks a crazy man keep asking me whether my product is produced in Japan, i have answered him NO! All my products are made in China, but he just ignored my reply and purchase the said item, then sent me message again he need my Japan-Made product....

Then I send him refund, he left me negative review......

A day after, he purchase me another item, and repeat the same things!!!!!

Is there anyway to Block this buyer just like ebay? i have reported this buyer to Amazon but AZ just ask me to have a better communication with him, how come i can communicate with this unreasonable crazy Buyer????

He is not crazy. He is cunningly driving you out of business.

just cancel his order, thats what i do but I have enough sales to do that once in awhile.

I agree with Gamefreak. Your customer is not almighty. If you are going fully FBA you always have a good chance of getting possible negative feedback deleted by Amazon. As it has been discussed in this forum before many times, there is no possibility to block particular buyers on Amazon.
