Miracles to happen. Got my original Amazon account reinstated after 6 years
This is my very first account that I made in 2005 but did not sell until 2010.
I had been suspened due to ODR in 2010. Was reinstated in 2011 but with unforeseen circumstances, I lost track and did not get around shipping the orders. Small amount orders, think it was around 10 or so.
Since then, I had moved and opened a fresh account and been going strong. The details were slightly same. But my main focus was on eBay so didn't really bothered much with Amazon until 2 years ago.
Few days ago, I was going through my email. I just thought I try it out.
Messaged customer support. They did get back to me with the usual standard reply of Performance Team have suspended me for life.
Send a email to MD, got a reply back from Account Specialist with more detailed reply.
They asked for a Plan of action, gave that and my account was reinstated.
My experience with Amazon MD has always been good with solid results.
My original eBay account was reinstated last year after 10 years.
I have my Amazon and eBay accounts now.
Just don't give up, depends on what suspension it is, you can have a chance.
If you were selling foo foo items, then forget it.
Thank you to this forum, amazing members that have always been supportive. I would have never survived without you all!
With most of my original accounts reinstated, I hardly have any ghost and stealth accounts.
