is it ok to write to buyers saying thanks for youre purchase any problems let us know and please leave feedback much appicated

or is it against amazons rules to mention feedback?

its actually against amazon policies to message buyers regarding feedback specifically. amazon says they already email buyers on your behalf for feedback. At least thats how it was last year in the USA. I got a violation for that.

On the European market it is not illegal. If you ask Amazon about that, they will even send you a sample email that is within the rules of Amazon. Besides that, and I have mentioned that before on this forum, there is a fine line between friendly asking and customers feeling harassed.

Also I would recommend people who post questions like this, to use the search function on the forum. Topics like this have been discussed several times already.

I would recommend user that post answers like this to use there eyes and see the answer in question have already been answerd :thumb:

Wow, totally inappropriate comment! You are right this question has already been answered over and over again.

I believe I added some additional insight into the issue, sharing with you, that you could request a sample email template from Amazon directly, that is within their rules.
