Does anyone know how I can get seller performance to look at a seller?

So, a recently suspended seller just uploaded all their listings (thousands of them) on a different account. Is there any way I can get someone at seller performance to actually look at them? Anybody who looks at them will see it's obvious it's the same seller.

When I email seller-performance@amazon.com I just get an autoreply that says that email is not associated with a seller account, and I obviously don't want to associate any of my seller accounts with the report.

Why not just focus on your own sales? Rather then "snitching" basically. What will you achieve?

they'll just create account after account and you'll be wasting your time and money that you could be earning whilst spending time trying to get the account suspended.

I would just let Amazon worry about that

Trying to get other people booted is just not what you should focus on

If it was a brand new account that wasn't buy box eligible I wouldn't give a crap. The issue is they're using someone else's account and forcing me to lower prices w/ their repricer that constantly drops the prices because they're buy box eligible. They don't have an infinite supply of established accounts with buy box eligibility.

Any effort I spend to get them suspended will be well worth it.

Yeah, except it's my problem when I'm losing thousands a month because of them.

Sadly, I hear your troubles but they might be a member here too - never know...might have been in your shoes once-upon-a-time...

I got the problem dealt with. I emailed jeff@amazon with supporting evidence and they suspended them

fwiw, I don't try to act like the amazon police. I could care less about most policy violations (and I see tons of them, practically every product I sell has duplicate listings that violate tons of policies, including tons offering a 'free' item with the product), since most of those have little impact on me. But I have a problem with it when a policy violator is directly competing with me for the buy box.

Anyway, this is probably a good thing. The odds of them having an appeal granted now that they were caught using a 2nd account after their suspension is slim to none. If they dealt with their suspension appropriately there was a good chance they would come back from it.
