Disbursement VCC for withdrawing fund from suspended account
 

I found out that even for the 90-day fund withdrawal, VCC verification is needed before Amazon approves the withdrawal. (apparently "verification before each disbursement" rule is now strictly in place!)

We know there are two types of VCC:
1. VCC for account creation, expire fast but cheap.
2. VCC for regular disbursement, expire in a few years but quite expensive.

So my question is, for this 90-day fund withdrawal, will type 1 work? Or do I still need to enter a type 2 VCC (seems to be quite wasteful to me).

Try the cheaper solution before the more expensive one ;)
