What to do here?
 

Any advice on the following? The items sold were Generics (not ⊗⊗⊗⊗) compared to the brand. Beleive me, but I actually didn't know there was a difference between the two. What should I do? Thank you
Also, I HAVE the supplier information, with all the invoices, and the items, etc etc, but the only thing missing is the BRAND name in the invoice. Everything else is good to go...

We still need more information about the items at the end of this email. Please reply to this email with copies of invoices or receipts that include the following:

-- Supplier information (name, phone number, address, website)
-- Buyer information (name, phone number, address, website)
-- Invoice date (must be issued in the last 365 days)
-- Item descriptions
-- Item quantities

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

Ignorance is not an excuse. I would avoid stating that you sold phakes. If they LOOK real, they are considered phake in Amazons eyes. If they have the companies logo on it, phake. How "Generic" is it? What is the product?

It's an Apple product. It's the exact same thing, 1:1 ratio, without the logo on it.

Yeah, that's considered a phake. The DESIGN of Apples stuff (charger, phone, iPod, whatever....) is copyrighted/patented. So you sold phakes. What would I do? I wouldn't sell phakes on Amazon. You knew what you were doing when you started.

Simply put, once you've been busted, there's really no coming back from it unless you have legit invoices to prove the product is genuine, which you obviously do not.
