One thing you need to remember is that we haven't all tried every service on the planet...if you don't get an answer....you might want to test it out yourself.

Better crack on the MM78 :)

OP - Things to look for are the price. If they are less than £10 a month generally they are not going to be a totally fresh IP. If you still decide to go ahead you want to look into the IP your given and see if that IP or IP range is know to be abused by scammer
