Hi, is telephone number a factor for account linkage?
Hi all,
I used to have aus ebay and aus paypal account on 2013 and when i leave aus, i let my friend "A" to use it. he changed all the registration detail except the phone number and he linked another paypal too. my paypal did not receive any money since then.
now i want to sell on ebay, i have another friend "B" who give me 2 aus ebay account, then i logged in and tried to change the detail to my own detail.
in the same network, i login my old paypal, and i see the phone number still on paypal profile, while i forget they have my phone number,
now this paypal account and my friend "A" ebay account are sharing the same mobile number. and i logged this paypal with friend "B" ebay account under the same network
i would like to ask,
1. are my paypal link with my old account(the accounts i give to friend "A") still?
2. are friend A and friend B ebay account are linked too?
as i did not start selling yet. both account and paypal should be safe.
i am sorry it is a bit complicated and i hope some expert here can give some advice.
