blackdeath | 10-24-2010 02:54 AM | How is this possible? + a few questions Ok so I brought a second hand laptop with no WiFi on it, and I brought a prepaid wireless broadband USB stick to use it on the internet.
I made a new eBay and paypal account, both with details that are fully untracable. (new name, new address, new bank details, new phone numbers, new everything), the paypal account is confirmed and verified.
And now, I just logged in today and says I was suspended due to my previously linked accounts, which I NEVER logged onto on the new laptop with new internet connection.
I used absolutely NOTHING except eBay and Paypal with the new info/details on that new laptop with new internet connection.
Also, only my eBay account was suspended, my paypal account isn't suspended. So I'm almost certain they SOMEHOW linked me through eBay and not anything to do with paypal.
So the question is, how on earth were they able to link me to my previously linked accounts? I can guarantee that I didn't login to stealth eBay/Paypal anywhere else except that laptop. And I can guarantee every bit of information was completely different to my previously suspended account.
This is so frustrating, just wish eBay could take me off the blacklist so I don't have to go to all this trouble.
Anyway I'd just like to find out why this has happened, and also I have a few other questions regarding making a new one:
-If I make a new eBay account can I just link it with that paypal account which was previously linked to my suspended ebay account?
-Since I have prepaid wireless broadband and it creates a new IP address every time I connect (like dialup), would it be completely safe to just make up a new eBay/paypal on this computer since they won't be able to track the IP address? if not, what will I have to do to make sure it's guaranteed safe?
Any other tips would be helpful.
Thank you. |
