Am I only suspended from selling?
 

I've been suspended from ebay for about 8 months now.
I've made many new accounts under my actual name and address etc. but they normally only get suspended when I try to sell something.
I've had an account which I've been buying on for about TWO months now (haven't sold anything on it, yet).
Why haven't they suspended me yet? Or do I only get suspended if I sell stuff?
The suspension notice states I am banned from using eBay in ANY way, yet they aren't doing anything about me buying stuff?
In fact I'm buying stock that I can sell on my stealth seller account lol.
Ebay are so stupid.

Buyers don't represent as much of a risk to eBay as sellers do, so buyer accounts normally don't get the same scrutiny. However, if you began to cause them problems as a buyer, your account would be suspended quickly.
