new account setup and restriction message
 

I reset IP i used new credit card i used new DID number my paypal is verified, when i list my item i receive this restriction message. please help me out this happened 3 times with my new account now

Are you selling/listing high end items straight away with feedback score of zero???

Let the account age before selling 'high risk' items such as electronics.... or sell low value items for the first 30 days to build up positive feedback. eBay sees this as a risk.

Agree on not listing electronic item off the gate for selling - build.

yes i'm listing with score of zero, and i've tried selling non electrical stuff but result is still the same

Same problem, 3 different accounts. Trying to sell old stuff from house, and every time the same problem. Don't know what's going on.

can anyone help us aussie sellers about this issue?

what did ebay send you in a separate message. My point of view when people say electronic stuff dont sell from zero feed back. well i do not agree with it. i have done it and i have succeeded. make sure its not copy. but let us know what the actual message was

I had this problem awhile back late last year it was, listing was removed and given 48 hours to contact eBay. Did so and was right to go after to speaking to them. Were you asked to call them?

In my case they did ask for me to call them. I called them and during the call the person said in order to lift the restriction they want me to send in my government issued ID! They said that they want me to do that to proove my Real ID. lol i then asked them why i need to provide these documents when i already have proven my real ID by verifying my phone number and adding a credit card

i also told them that i don't drive and i don't have a passport (both is true btw) i really don't drive and i really don't have a passport. lol

they then told me i can send in a bank statement but still asking me for government issued id :( don't know how i'll get around it because it's a stealth account.

I can send in a bank statement easily ;) but the government issue IDs are impossible for me to get around! :(

Any suggestions? Should i just move on and create a new stealth account?

I'd be opening a new account and let it age a bit
