Suspended for 7 days
 

hello,
I'm a new member here.
My account was suspended 3 days ago due to VeRo.
I've faxed all required documents for reinstatement to eBay and wait for their response. But nothing until now.
Did I have any chance for reinstatement?
Please help me! What should I do now?

If your account was in good standing without negatives, good FB etc etc, you may get reinstated. A lot will depend if the account was suspended by ebay itself or a Vero owner.

Yes, my seller dashboard status is good in all except Policies Compliance :(

Why I still get invoice for my account when suspended? I've paid all before suspension.

The thing is i was not on 100% but with this new feedback rule there is not a lot of buyers on ebay who are people with 1 feedback can still send negs with people who have thousands its just not cricket!

If youve not been suspended before there's a good chance they will reopen your account. At least for a while. Vero is not the same as your normal "trademark violation". Its a lot more strict with Vero and its a lot less likely you'll get the account reopened. The brand in question has a lot to do with the decision. Ebay are less lenient with the big boys and you should stay away from them, but with the less well known and established brands you can get away with a lot more.
I wouldnt try to predict a decision though, the best way to approach it is to assume the account gone, and get on with opening new ones. Read the book if you havent already.

But the way to create an eBay account seems hard for me to follow. I cannot find a lot of virtual information like the book mentioned.

Its really up to the VERO member. You need to get in touch with the VERO member. Apologise and say you wont do it again. You misunderstood the situation as explained by the automated ebay emails.
Be nice and say their forgiveness will promote greater goodwill which big companies need to protect their brand image and sales.
If this fails then as a last resort state that its in their interests to let you back on. That would give you an incentive to clean up your act and they could monitor you. Otherwise you could do what others do and keep opening and closing new underground accounts. They are well aware you can do this
They will OK it with Ebay and you will be re-instated in 14 days

eBay said that my account was suspended indefinitely, and my new account was suspended due to abusing eBay. Too bad for me!
What should I do now? Please help!

Yeah my account was also suspended on 16 Aug and still suspended. However it is for 7 days suspension and already send all document through fax, mail, email also. But no response comes.

Now my account was reinstated. Never open a new account if you get the 7 days or 30 days suspension.
