You've been a member since May and your still asking basic questions?

If you want a high-level overview of what you should do to correctly create new eBay/PP accounts, check this out. Read the whole thread and follow the links in the first post.

If you want more detail, I seriously recommend you purchase the eBay Stealth ebook.

i have bought the book already...

kinsonxeder 09-24-2008 09:14 PM

my main question is how to avoiding competitor's unethical secrect attach? please help

Quasi_Mojo 09-24-2008 09:50 PM

From your use of the word "attached" in your first post, I though you meant "linked". I see now that you just misspelled "attacked".

That depends on what you sell. If you are selling unique items that only a couple people are selling, then the chances of you encountering that same "revenge" buyer are pretty good. If you sell items that a lot of other sellers list, then, as long as you follow the instructions in the ebook and create new "stealth" accounts, you should be fine.

Which government agency? What did your suspension notice say? Your facts
are overwhelming to give a good answer.

hi thanks for your answer mojo and greenbean. i sold a normal earphone which is white color, i stated it is for ipod and other mp3 player, and using a picture which is different from the original apple earphone, and the guy just saying i am using selling the ⊗⊗⊗⊗?report me to the police, fair trade of victoria and ombudsman......so crazy...i got the ebay email says that 'they blocked me because think i am making problem, possibly legal liabilities so my account remain closed'. that guy has threathened me on phone and email, at first i dont care about him but finally i got suspended.....for a $3 earphone?

GreenBean 09-25-2008 05:07 PM

For $3.00, why did you not refund, back down and walk away? Depending on the account, FB etc, why risk the suspension.

kinsonxeder 09-27-2008 02:08 AM

hi i did want to, but he never expect a full refund or replacement, even never wanna communicate with me...as issue has happened, just wondering if there is any ideas to avoid the competitors' secrect attacks? any reply would be appreciated.
