Submitted requested documents but have not received response
Hi, I recently received a MC008 Temporary Restriction. eBay requested documents and I have sent them in. However, it has now been over 7 days since I sent the documents with no response from eBay.
I have tried ringing eBay customer service however all they say is that there is no phone line for the account review department and that all I can do is wait. When I ask to be forwarded to an executive eBay manager all they say is that this is not possible.
Are there any executive eBay manager emails/phone lines I can contact to hasten my account review and or get an idea of my account standing regarding the documents I sent in? |
