Ebay account has droped below stanard
 

Hi I'm think about setting up an ebay stealth account but don't really know how. My ebay account dropped below standard a few months ago as I have 3 cases which were closed against me. 2 of them were because I sent 2 items overseas international registered with Australia Post not realizing that tracking wasn't actually available with this service. Both the customers claimed they never received the items. This was a silly mistake which I made when I was still very new to ebay and didn't really know how the whole seller rating system worked. To get back above standard my cases closed without seller resolution must be below 0.3% Currently its just above 3% at 3 out of 95 transactions. So basically I need 1000 transactions to get back above standard. I'm not sure if I should just keep my current account, start again with a completely new one or try setting up a second stealth account and keep my current account. Just wondering if anyone has any advice?

Most people will tell you to read the stealth ebook then pop back with specific questions.

Only you can decide really if you want to go down the stealth route and the stealth ebook will equip you to make that decision.

Years ago I got the Stealth info and it helped me get up and running again. They eventually let me have my old account back which turns 20 next year
